Your Contributions are not vulgar, indecent, lustful, filthy, violent, harassing, slanderous, defamatory, or otherwise offensive (as determined by us).
Your Contributions do not ridicule, mock, belittle, intimidate, or abuse anyone.
Your Contributions are not used to harass or threaten (in the legal sense of those terms) any other person and to promote violence against a specific person or class of people.
Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.
Your Contributions do not violate any third party's privacy or publicity rights.
Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law concerning child pornography or are otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors.
Your Contributions do not include offensive comments connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, sexuality, disability, or otherwise marginalized characteristics.
Your Contributions do not otherwise violate or link to material that violates any provision of these Terms of Use, or any applicable law or regulation.
Any use of the Site in violation of the preceding violates these Terms of Use and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Site.
Contribution License
You agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data you provide following the terms of the Privacy Policy and your choices (including settings).
By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding the Site, you agree that we can use and share feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
We do not assert ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership of all your Contributions and intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your Contributions. We are not liable for statements or representations in your Contributions in any area on the Site. You are solely responsible for your Contributions to the Site, and you agree to exonerate us from any responsibility and refrain from any legal action against us and requests for compensation regarding your Contributions.
Submissions

Term and Termination
These Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. Without limiting any other provision of these Terms of use, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Site (including blocking specific IP addresses) to any person for any reason or no reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms of Use or of any applicable law or regulation. In addition, we may terminate your use or participation in the site or delete any content or information you posted at any time, without warning, at our sole discretion.
Suppose we terminate or suspend your account for any reason. In that case, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including, without limitation, pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the Site's contents at any time or for any reason or no reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice. Arbitration and Governing Law
You expressly waive your right to bring any legal claims, now or in the future, arising out of or related to tarynhayward.com and our products and/or services. In case of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to your use of tarynhayward.com, the Terms of Use shall be construed per the rules and regulations of the state of California and the United States. You agree to resolve any controversy or claims relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, through mandatory arbitration in California. You shall bear the total cost of arbitration as permitted by law and/or the American Arbitration Association. In case of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or relating to this agreement or the breach thereof, the parties hereto shall use their best efforts to settle the dispute, claim, question, or disagreement between the parties. Your good faith participation in arbitration is a precedent for pursuing any other legal or equitable remedies available, such as litigation or any other legal procedure. Parties shall consult and negotiate with each other in good faith and, recognizing their mutual interests, attempt to reach a just and equitable solution that is satisfactory to both parties. If they do not resolve within 60 days, then, upon notice by either party to the other, all disputes, claims, questions, or differences shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its provisions. We, the undersigned parties, agree to submit to arbitration administered by the state of California and/or the American Arbitration Association. You also agree that if a legal claim is initiated after the required arbitration, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and other costs associated with the legal action. We further agree that any jurisdiction court judgment may be entered upon the award.
Exceptions to Arbitration
The Parties agree that the following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions concerning binding arbitration: (a) any Disputes seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, any of the intellectual property rights of tarynhayward.com; (b) any Dispute related to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and (c ) any claim for injunctive relief. Suppose this provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable. In that case, neither Party will elect to arbitrate any Dispute falling within that portion of this provision found to be unlawful or unenforceable. Instead, a court of competent jurisdiction shall decide such Dispute within the courts listed for jurisdiction above, and the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court.
Corrections
There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Site without prior notice.
