Yeah yeah, we know we should ban bullies in general, but what about your inner bully? What about that little doubtful critical voice in the back of your head?

It’s October, which means… it’s Bullying Prevention Month!

I have something to address!

  • We are outing negative thoughts! and

  • Banning our inner bully!

It can be difficult addressing bullies in general, but even moreso when the battle is internal.

So how do I get rid of them?

Well, the brain is like going to the gym and training any other muscle. So sure, that one day of legs probably did make your butt look good that day; but it takes consistency in your practice and outside regimen, same with the brain.

We have to consistently practice and make efforts to train our brain into understanding that you are safe inside your own skin and there is no need for internal warfare. Love, peace, and grease me please.
